Dinner on the barbi


Last night we did crumbed boneless chicken thighs (done in a bit of Australian olive oil) and zuccini slabs on the grill. I added a fresh cuke and onion salad and had fresh pineapple, but we were both full for the fruit!

It was a wonderful dinner. The meat and veggie/fruit selections here are truly amazing.
