Bedtime excitement!

(ok, first get your minds out of the gutter)

It stormed Friday evening (last night). Great lightening show. As the satellite dish was OUT b/c of the storm, we sat in the garage and watched the show in the sky.

*edited to add*
*Frank said that there were at least 4 areas where the roads were totally flooded on the way to work this morning. The guard in security told them that we had 1 1/2 inches of rain in just an hour last night.*

At bedtime I was paged to the main bath to find another of the little green suction footed friends.
I got a small plastic bowl (w/a lid) and he quickly cooperated and got inside. Once inside the bowl, he decided he did not want to be there. As I just had ahold of the bowl on one side, he quickly pushed the lid up and crawled out and was hanging on my forearm (by his arms), kinda Tarzan style. I did a dance, like I have not done since the 60's and Frank was worried about me hurting the little critter. (that was the last thing on my mind when he was hanging on my arm!) He was quickly returned to the bowl and put outside, unharmed! We've decided that we are not so fond of the open sewers and floor drains in all the bathrooms!
